Do you ever feel like things are really hard? Like it's just too difficult to make friends? Or maybe that things won't go how you wanted? Is it tricky to concentrate on your work in school? Sometimes big feelings can get in the way of us enjoying things like we used to.
Therapy sessions give you a safe space and time to either think about what might be worrying you, or forgetting about everything and just having a bit of peace!
There will be lots of things for you to use in sessions - art materials, the sand tray, puppets and stories, or we can use the time to talk about things that might be on your mind - it's totally up to you how you use your time and there is no right or wrong!
